Floating Corpse at 81 Division Jetty, Lagos

A corpse is floating at the 82 Division Jetty in Victoria Island (officers mess). It is behind the MLB Saratu vessel in the midst of dirt and floating bottles. Here's hoping the appropriate agency will go retrieve the corpse before it is pushed away or redirected.
