Ex- IGP Suleiman Abba hands over to new IGP, Arase

The former IG of Police, Suleiman Abba, sacked yesterday April 21st by GEJ handed over to the newly appointed IGP Solomon Arase at the police headquarters in Abuja today April 22nd.
