Defence HQ confirms recapture of Borno village from BH by Chadian Army

Earlier today, the BBC reported that Chadian military had recaptured Malamfatori in Borno state from Boko Haram members. The Nigerian military took to Twitter this evening to explain why Chad was able to operate freely on Nigerian territory.
