On May 29, Niger State Governor-elect will be sworn in by his mother-in-law

On may 29th former First Lady of Nigeria and also mother in-law to the Governor-elect in Niger state, Justice Fati Abubakar is going to administer the oath of office on the Governor-elect and swear him in as Governor. 

The Governor-elect is married to Dr (Mrs) Aminat  Sani Bello, the daughter of  General Abdulsalami Abubakar, a former Military Head of State and Justice Fati Abubakar who is General Abubakar’s wife. Justice Fati is by law the most senior judicial officer in the state.
